We ship via Austpost or courier within Australia. Standard shipping is via Austpost or courier ground (2-8 day depending on location). Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please have someone available to sign for the delivery. It is the discretion of Austpost or the courier to leave a package unattended, even if requested by the recipient.

Damage Or Shortage Claims

Please check your order carefully against our invoice as agreed prior. Notify us of any missing or wrong items immediately. You must initiate claims for damaged merchandise directly with the delivering carrier. Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. PerformanceLub is not obligated to initiate damage claims.
